A Raksha Bandhan Programme was organised at Manabendra Sarma Girls’ College, Rangia, on 28 August 2026 by the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, Rangia Centre. On this auspicious occasion, members of the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya visited the college and were warmly welcomed by the college authorities. The programme was conducted in a cordial and meaningful atmosphere, highlighting the values of love, mutual respect, harmony and social bonding associated with Raksha Bandhan. During the programme, the members of the organisation tied Rakhis to the Honourable Principal, faculty members and members of the non-teaching staff of the college. The gesture symbolised affection, respect, goodwill and the strengthening of human relationships. As a part of the celebration, sweets were also distributed among the teaching and non-teaching staff and students. The programme was appreciated by everyone present and created a warm and positive atmosphere within the college community. The Raksha Bandhan Programme concluded successfully with active participation from the college community and the members of the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya.
